Shipping Notices

 

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

• Cancellations/ Refunds may only be made as long as the order has not been shipped. You will receive 85% of your payment due to extra fees.
• No returns or exchanges however  please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
• Refunds are only available in case of special circumstances such as partial cancellation of items, missing items etc.
• No refunds for lost or stolen mail

Shipping & Processing 

• USA : 1-4 weeks
• Canada : 2-5 weeks
• International : 3-12 weeks
• Shipping times are calculated with Covid 19 delays in mind and may arrive later than estimated.
• Processing times may take 3-5 business days
• Once the order is packaged and shipped the shipping time and condition of the package is not in my control.  I am no longer responsible for the package. But if you experience any problems with your order, please contact me! I'm here to help and resolve any problem.
• All packages are shipped out via USPS
• Mail sent back: orders are sent with the imputed address by the customer. If the order is sent back it is up to you to repurchase the shipping cost. If you do not repurchase the shipping cost, 50% of your total will be refunded to you.

Letter Mail AKA Sticker Mail

USA AND INTERNATIONAL

• For orders with only stickers and art prints. This shipping option is untracked shipping. Your package will be sent to you through a stamped envelope. If you buy any product that is not a sticker you'll have to purchase a shipping upgrade to cover the remaining cost, remove the item that is not a sticker from your purchase or receive a refund. You will receive an email asking you to choose an option from the 3 offered above, if there is no response after 14 days you will be refunded or any non sticker items and your order will be shipped out in the paid for stamp and envelope.

USPS First Class Package

 USPS First Class Package International

• For orders with stationery items, accessories or any heavier items. This shipping option is tracked shipping. Your package will be sent to you in a bubble mailer with a paid tracking label. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Upgrade:

• You can upgrade your shipping option to tracked shipping at checkout.

Shipping Cost

• Includes stamps / shipping label price, mailing materials and handling fee.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Attention INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• Due to new VAT Laws, I am unable to ship to certain countries as well as others. Please refer to the list of countries on the shipping notices page who are currently suspended for international shipping. Your support is extremely important to me, as an alternative my etsy shop has a select amount of items listed. Etsy handles VAT fees which I am unable to do as a small business.I am so incredibly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
